Remember about a year ago some guy recorded her giving him some "head" on his cell phone and CIRCULATED the video and Vivica had her "attorney's" stop the video and/or her likeness...??

Well NOWWWW this heifer done contacted her "attorney's" again because the "Psychic Friends Network" is running a commercial with her "likeness and/or image" in it that she "CLAIMS" she didn't record or authorize!!!!


Now Vivica....do to ALL that "bobbing & weaving" and lack of quality in the cell phone video... you might've been successful DENYING that wasn't you doing one mean OLE "mic check"...but girl...even with all the plastic surgeons in the WORLD working on you...bbbbaaaabbbbeeee you can't DENY this ain't you!!!!
